Given its strong Latino, Carribean and African American cultural presence, New York City's East Harlem is very commonly known as "El Barrio." This multi-cultural influence is prominently showcased through the neighborhood's great restaurants, art institutions and local shops.

This short-term rental is conveniently located within a minute's walk from the MTA Subway station. It is also less than five minutes away from Central Park and its well-manicured English, French and Italian Gardens. Short walk away from 5th Avenue's Museum Mile with its many world-class museums including The Guggenheim, The Metropolitan, and the Museum of the City of New York. Also, a minute away from market and quick food options.

This short-term rental is a clean, private room located in a 2-bedroom apartment. Guests will have full access to all common areas and equipment: living room, kitchen and very clean bathroom.

Living room is super comfortable with a leather couch,  beautiful hardwood floors, 42" Smart TV with hundreds of channels, Blue Ray DVD player and Bose SoundDock for your phone or tablet.

Fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, refrigerator, and a stove. A great supermarket and a 24-hour 7 Eleven are a minute walk away.

A comfortable and relaxing bedroom with a queen size bed, memory foam mattress, flat screen television with Apple TV (Hulu+ and Netflix), high-speed wireless internet, remote-controlled air conditioning, a closet, hair dryer and towels.

 Short-term rental availability is for a minimum of 7 days up to a maximum of 30 days. 

We are young professionals, well-educated, well-traveled and have a great deal of experience hosting small and large numbers of people in our apartment.
